How does the free week work?
The free week follows your selected plan: 2 classes on Starter, 3 on Standard and 5 on Intensive.
Are classes private?
Yes. The listed plans are designed as live one-to-one classes.
Can I request a male or female teacher?
Yes. Share your preference during assessment. Matching remains subject to suitable teacher availability.
What if I do not know the learner's level?
Choose “Not sure” on the assessment form. The assessment helps identify the right starting point.
